Just grabbed this one off Beatport by Russian producer Phillip Tesla on Inlab Underground.
I can’t really find too much info on the man himself other than the fact he has released with heavyweight techno labels such as 1605 and Stereo Seven Plus in the past.
I’ve always had a partiality towards Russian producers down to the fact I often get the feeling of an impending soviet invasion when listening to songs created by them. This feeling is more than present when listening to this track…A nervy number that will be sure to liven any dancefloor.

Sei A has been on our radar for a while now since his insane release on Kompakt called ‘Hawk Tone’.
His latest release ‘Hyphen’ on Hemlock doesn’t stray wildly from the formula used on previous releases but why would he need to?
Sei A is definitely a master of huge warehouse percussion sounds. On ‘Hawk Tone’ he killed it off with mental rolling percussion followed by a monstrous industrial snare/woodblock that takes your head off, half way through. On Hyphen he kills it with some big military style drums echoing in the depths of the mix while what sounds like the optimus prime going for a jog plays out in the front of the mix.
I have got so much time for this dude and recommend highly to anyone.
